Educational Centres
The use of color is critical, as the play area is designed for children and should be attractive and welcoming to them. In addition, it is important to take into account the wear and tear that will inevitably occur in a play area frequented by children. The holiday seasons when children are on long breaks are crucial in conducting maintenance and rejuvenation of the gardens.

Precision and Care
As Landscape Contractors, we engage our clients in a detailed step-by-step process of installation of soft landscape materials in accordance with the Landscape Architects specifications shared. Considering how essential this phase is, we are very keen to ensure that only the best is accorded to our clients following the articulated sequence

Our Process
Using high-quality materials and sustainable practices, we create landscapes that are not only visually stunning but also built to last. Throughout the process, we maintain open communication, keeping you informed and involved as we transform your space into a breathtaking and functional masterpiece.
Kick Off Meeting
Foremost, our implementation team leaders will have a meeting with the Landscape Architects and Client to get a proper orientation of the project and ensure that the goals of the project are well outlined and understood. This lays a foundation to the engagement and underscores desired outcome of the Client to help the team bring it to a reality.
Project Assignment
The project in question is then allocated to one of our very capable landscape implementation supervisors, who, with their team, will take on the task of implementing the project. The team meticulously follows our implementation process where after each stage/Milestone, one of our very capable Landscape Architects shall take on the responsibility of inspecting and ensuring the laid-out standards are met.
Implementation
Ground Preparation – This involves intricately preparing the soil for planting by ensuring the appropriate manure mix is done and the desired levels and slopes are achieved before any planting starts.
Tree Planting – After an approval of the ground preparation, the team then proceeds to dig the needed and appropriately sized holes for tree installation in the case that the project has trees needing to be installed. The holes must be inspected to ensure they are the recommended size before proceeding to install the trees with the necessary mix ratios for topsoil and manure.
Grass Planting – Thereafter, a keep process of grass installation is performed to the spaces needing grass as per the Landscape Architect’s design and detail. We are keen to make grass recommendations that agree well with the local climate of the projects we handle and that they meet the needed client’s desires. An inspection is due after completion to ensure the needed standards are met.
Shrubs and Groundcovers – At this stage, all the plants brought to site are inspected by the Landscape Architect to ensure they meet the standards required, and the holes dug for both the shrubs and groundcovers are well done and adhere to the strict recommendations made by the Landscape Architect and provided In the Bill of Quantities. Upon approval, the plants are installed and the D.L.P period commences.

Defects Liability Period
This stage varies for different clients as each project is unique. We recommend a D.L.P. period of 6 months where our team shall handle your landscape maintenance needs for the allotted period within which, in case of anything that may happen to the landscape especially due to any form of neglect, our team takes full responsibility and make good of the defects at no extra cost to the Client. This period, it is important to note, attracts a monthly maintenance fee as shall be proposed and agreed upon.
Through the entire implementation process, we take pride in our attention to detail, our treating each project as a unique one, with unique challenges and developing unique ways of resolving them all to give the client the best landscape design outcome from paper to the physical space. Our dedicated team is always ready to engage and listen to any concerns and address them as promptly as possible to ensure the best experience even as we work collaboratively with other teams.
