Maintenance Includes
We ensure a properly scheduled feeding regiment for the plants on site to ensure that they have all the needed nutrients for them to thrive and give the desired lush feel throughout their lifespans and seasons.
To ensure the lawn stays healthy and at the desired levels, we employ a properly scheduled mowing plan as well as spiking to allow for proper soil aeration contributing to the health of the lawn spaces.
Regular weeding is performed to ensure that only the desired plant materials are retained so as to keep the intended landscape appeal
Consistent pruning to ensure there are no overgrown plants and to keep the space looking neat and presentable as well as topiary for the hedges and special plants to retain the desired landscape design.
Regular topdressing and leveling shall be conducted to ensure the soil levels are retained as well as the nutrients are replenished over time, giving the plants and grass the strength and vibrance they need to achieve the desired landscape impression of the Client.
Our Process
Kick Off Meeting
Upon agreement and signing of a maintenance proposal, an account manager from one of our Professional Landscape Architects who will work very closely with the maintenance supervisor, is accorded the responsibility of ensuring that the Client’s desires are met and that everything is flowing smoothly. During the Kick-Off Meeting, the Account Manager is able to pick up on the Client’s requirements/ desires and expectations, which will help inform the proceeding steps.
Work Schedule
A well detailed work schedule shall be prepared and shared with the Client team. This will communicate such essentials as the number of gardeners that shall be dispatched to the Clients’ site, the number of days per week as well as the task allocations made for each of the days on which they shall be on the site
Reporting
Regular monthly reports by the supervisor in charge shall be shared with the Account Manager and consequently the Client team to ensure that all matters on site are well attended to and that there are no issues that are unresolved and identify potential spaces for improvement within the spaces.
We also ensure that our team employs high levels of professionalism. From dressing to conduct and how matters are raised and handled. We are also keen to identify any concerns that may be raised by the Client team at any point in time and address them promptly
